The Bulbop Vop has a light mint green outer-shell and two sparkling emerald eyes, distinguishing it from it's kin the Bulbop. Additionally, the Bulbop Vop has similar behavior as the more common Bulbop, hopping around the terrain and making quick leaps towards the player to deliver a body-blow attack, however the Bulbop Vops are faster and jump considerably farther.
Lacking in combat, this creature can hop decently high to smash into attackers in the air, or close distance to a target. However, once engaged, their damage is minimal and they only really have the one tactic - slam into anything that moves until it stops moving.
Luna's Lab Notes
~ While the description states that the Bulbop Vop is friendly, it still does contact damage with the player. Comically enough, while it can strike the player, it is unable to attack NPC's or be targeted by guards or sentry turrets. This means they can sneak into settlements and potentially cause a ruckus. So, admire those cute little gemstone looking eyes from a distance because it might accidentally boop you and only you if you get close.
