Snow Crash is an extra dungeon categorized as threat 4. Talk to S.A.I.L. to beam there.

Acquisition
Find an interact with a map to unlock the quest and the dungeon location in S.A.I.L. interface. It's found aboard skath dreadnought space encounter.

Item Requirement
A ranged weapon or the Spike Sphere tech is required. A Grappling Hook or a Spike Sphere (or any mean to fly like a rocket spear) is required to enter the sewers path. Poison resistance helps for the sewers path but is not required.

Dungeon Guide

Depending on which path you take during this mission, you will either face a lot of Miniknog Soldiers wielding all kind of guns or go through the sewers where you will face fewer ennemies but a lot of traps will hinder your path.

Entrance of the dungeon

You will start the mission near a Rebel position. One of these rebel serves as a merchant but he doesn't sell anything of real value (it's the random merchant inventory). Once you're ready, exit the house to the left and go through the door leading you in the first cave. There, 3 paths will be open to you to complete the dungeon: either exit the cave through one of the two opening in the left of the cave, both paths will lead you to position defended by miniknog Soldiers, or open the hatch in the cave to descend in the sewers where you'll find fewer ennemies but a lot of traps.

Sewers

To enter the Sewers, you will first need to open the hatch inside the cave. To do that, you need to reach the top right corner of that cave, where you will find a lever that open the hatch. To reach it, you can either use a Spike Sphere to climb the wall, some ropes to swing from the left side of the cavern or use any other way to fly like a rocket spear. Once the hatch is open, enter the Sewers. After climbing down the stairs, you will reach a hallway with a security camera. If the camera see you, the door will close (it will open again if you fall back to the stairs). You can either swim inside the poison pool or sneak through the camera to cross the door. To sneak past it, just wait at the stairs in normal Sphere tech: once the camera is horizontal, you should be able to reach the door by rolling in Sphere without the camera seeing you. You will then reach another stair leading you further below. A security camera watch over the stairs and if it sees you it will drop poison inside the stairs. You can just ignore this camera and run down the stairs: open the door at the end and close it behind you, the poison won't do anything. Behind that door, 2 Apex Mutants await you. Keep going forwards until you reach a small wall button. The next room will have a lot of traps ready for you: after entering the room, poison will start to fill the room so you will need to quickly reach the top of the room. However, multiple lasers and ice traps are scattered along the way. Pull the lever at the top of the room to stop all the traps then make your way to the left. You will reach an area with poison and sewage. There, 4 Apex Mutants will spawn.

You will then reach a small crossroad: the path to the left lead to the exit and the path to the right lead to a few extra chests. Head to the right and climb the platforms to reach a small room. Lasers will be shot down from the ceiling, so time your jumps to cross the room. After reaching the chests on the other side of the room, 3 Agrobats will spawn near the entrance of the room and the lasers will stop. Head back to the crossroad and head to the left. Activate the wall pannel and the platforms will start moving. You can cross that room without any jump tech, but double jump will definitely make it easier. The climb up the platforms and you will exit the Sewers through the toilets and reach the room where all 3 paths converge.

Bottom exit of the cave

Go to the left of the cave and exit through the bottom exit. You will then reach the entrance of a Miniknog base. The gate is guarded by a Soldier peeking out of a window. Blow up the barrels above him to open the main gate. 2 Soldiers wait behind the door and 2 more Soldiers are in the room above them. The next room is guarded by 7 additional Soldiers. The door to the next building to the left is closed. To enter, climb the containers and jump inside the window. 2 Soldiers are patrolling behind that window. Once inside, climb down to the first floor to pull the wall lever and open the exit above you. 2 Miniknog Scientists, wielding sword and gun, await in the room to the right but this room is otherwise empty. Head to the left and you will reach the room where all 3 paths converge.

Top exit of the cave

Go to the left of the cave and exit through the top exit. 3 Caprigoats will attack you while you climb the slope. 2 Soldiers are stationned near a tent a bit further. You will then reach a small tower with 2 Soldiers peeking out of the windows. To the left of that tower, 2 Soldiers are patrolling on the ground. You will then reach a small Miniknog building guarded by 4 Soldiers. Use the elevator and you will reach the room where all 3 paths converge.

Commissar's mansion

The 3 paths will converge in a room guarded by 3 Soldiers. A Checkpoint is also available here. Keep going to the left and you will reach the Commissar's mansion. The main gate is closed however. Climb the tower in front of the mansion and kill the Soldier inside. You should have a clear line of sight to a room inside the mansion from the window to the left of the tower. From there, shoot the Soldier inside the mansion aswell as the explosive barrels to open the main gate. Enter through the main gate and kill the 3 Soldiers patrolling in the garden. 2 additional Soldiers are patrolling inside the house. Go to the top right room of the house where you'll find the Commissar Vonel and a Soldier. Vonel is just a Soldier with more hp/dammage. Once you enter his room, the door will stay locked until you kill the two Apex. After that, exit the Commissar room and go to the top left room. There you will find the Rebel hostage. Talk to him to turn in the quest. Then head to the basement of the house where you will find a few containers and the exit teleporter. You can also see 2 locked rooms near the teleporter...
