Sweetscoop is an extremely good source of food, and arguably the most practical one if your character's Diet allows to eat it. It can stack and does not rot, restores the same amount of hunger as some complex meals, grows fast, and is accessible relatively early on. The additional Max. Energy bonus makes the Sweetscoops even sweeter.
