Science Outpost

The Science Outpost is the main quest hub in Frackin' Universe, containing shops and stations It can be easily accessed through your ship teleporter after meeting Vinalisj for the first time, or accessed through SAIL if the bookmark is deleted or lost.

Most of the Frackin' Universe lab equipment can be found at the Science Outpost, albeit largely non-functional; this serves as a teaser for things to come, and provides an easy in-game reference for various extraction recipes using the Lab Directory in the west side.

Areas

The Science Outpost has several areas, each containing lab equipment related to the "theme" of the area:

• General Assembly (first and second floors immediately upon entering the building; you can find a functional Extraction Lab, and non-functional Matter Assembler, Arc Smelter, Nano-Fabricator, Armory, and other equipment related to ore smelting and material creation here)
• Chemicals, Genes, Seeds: Bioengineering (third floor and "attic"; you can find Bio-Chem Lab, Xeno Research Lab, Gene Design Lab and other equipment related to gene creation, plants, and biochemicals here)
• Apiary (immediately to the right of the main building; you can find all the necessary equipment for Bee-Keeping here)
• Brewery (all the way to the right, past the Apiary; you can find all the necessary equipment for brewing, distilling, and booze here)
• Crucible Room (all the way to the left, through a 1-block gap at the base of the cliff. Needs a Microsphere or Precursor Microsphere to access, and there's also a combination lock, there are exactly 40.320 possible answers for this, we can't get a conclusion that easy.)
• Sstabbed-Thingss Emporium (Getss Fressh Meatss!) Sells meaty foods. Used to fulfil a quest from Kevin.
• Burger Fool (The galaxies most famous burger) sells food
• Fresh Eats (Delicious and questionable foods) sells food
• SuperPet (A well known pet store) pet store
• Silenes' Minerals (The very best in delicious rocks)
• Hiring Office (Hire crew members for your ship) sells contracts
• Forum Decorum (Fine Mantizi Goods) sells home goods
• Ran's Castle (sells Nightar-themed goods)
• Vindee's Gems (The finest in gemcraft)
• Lorewalker's Shop (Trade here!)
• ... (Some sort of shop) sells penumbra goods
• Munchies' Dirt (He... appears to sell dirt.) sells drugs that can cause madness. Located at the very right end of the outpost
