Ravager is a unique monster found in Eldritch Field minibiomes, Elder Core, Atropus, and Nightmare Atropus worlds.

The Ravager is hostile to all travellers and colonists. It attacks by leaping in the direction of its target, slicing anything in its path with an arm and leaving a trail of non-damaging cloud particles. This attack is telegraphed by the Ravager raising an arm for a split second and creating a glimmer effect before attacking. It can also use this attack vertically, being able to hit targets directly above it.

Upon death, the Ravager splits into several bouncing flesh projectiles that deal Poison damage and inflict Insanity.

As the Atropic subspecies of the Orbide monster family, the Ravager also retracts into a clamshell-like orb when idle. It also shares the same drop pool as common Orbides.
