Unlocked by Psychiatric Help (Metaphysics tree).

Insta-Freud causes you to rapidly lose Madness currency as long as you stay inside. It can quicky get rid of 200-300 Madness. If you have thousands of unwanted Madness, it's better to not use Insta-Freud and instead spend that Madness by crafting something (Psionic Battery, etc.).

You can craft your own Insta-Freud, but you can also use the Insta-Freud at the Science Outpost.
