Unlocked by Dimensional Phasing (Metaphysics tree).

Entropic Converter works similarly to Atmospheric Condenser, but can additionally produce rare materials (like Dark Matter). However, unlike the Atmospheric Condenser, it won't produce any biome-specific items (its output is exactly the same on any type of planet).

If there are other "air wells" (Entropic Converters, Liquid Collectors or Atmospheric Condensers) within 20 blocks, then Entropic Converter will have significantly reduced production. Scan the Entropic Converter to check if it was affected by this.
