Clouds subbiome is randomly found above some worlds at very high heights. They are in fact so high that they may merge with asteroids in the upper area.

They have Cloud blocks, which grant the "Light" buff (you start moving as if the gravity was lower). These blocks can be collected and used elsewhere to get the buff when such a boost is needed. Same goes for Raincloud Block with its "slow fall" buff.

Great, white solid clouds.
