Changed Pump Speed Value

I changed the Speed value from a relative value (how fast Pump go compared with one another) to an absolute value of how much they pump.
Tested with both Lava and Water to check for different liquids without noticing any difference. I used a 60 second delay for better rounding. Absolute values obtained for all pumps (151 / 302 / 453 / 604) in both Water and Lava.
Feel free to let me know if there is any issue on the methodology or maths (I hope not ^^').
