Longsword is a one handed procedurally generated melee weapon model. It functions as a one-handed counterpart to vanilla broadswords, and as such, function in similar fashion; they cannot be aimed directionally, outside swinging in whatever direction the player is facing. It can be common, uncommon, and rare.
Base Statistics
- Base DPS: 7.5-8.5 health/s (Common), 7.6-8.75 health/s (Uncommon), 7.7-9.0 (Rare)
- Fire Time: 0.8-1.0 seconds between 1x-damage attacks (~1.0-1.3 1x-damage attacks/s)
- Combo Progression:
- First Strike: 1.0x damage, 15 default knockback
- Second Strike: 0.7x damage, 10 default knockback
- Third Strike: 0.8x damage, 15 default knockback
- Crit Chance: 1%
- Base Crit Damage Bonus: +5 damage
Elemental Damage
Uncommon and rare longswords are assigned one of seven elements (non-physical damage types) on generation. Neither uncommon nor rare longswords inflict elemental status effects.
Fire: Inflicts Burning
Ice: Inflicts Frost
Poison: Inflicts Poisoned
Electric: Inflicts Electrified
Radiation: Inflicts Radiation Burn
Shadow: Inflicts Shadow Gas
Cosmic: Inflicts Armor
Special Attacks
Longswords, like most one-handed weapon types, cannot generate with any special attacks.
