The Kirhosi Station Keycard can be used to access the sealed teleporter rooms in Trade Stations, static space encounters found orbiting stars. This allows the player to revisit a Trade Station without travelling back to the system it's in. Simply having it in your inventory is sufficient to allow access.
All varieties of Trade Station host a teleporter room (Galactic Trade Station, Military Battlestation, Galactic Medical Care Station, Electronics Station).
