It has the same outputs as less advanced Honey Extractor (see full list of extractions), but works 2 times faster.
About the tooltip
Despite what its tooltip suggests, Honey Jarring Machine has nothing to do with Industrial Centrifuge (there is no reason to "connect" them). These two buildings just look nice when placed next to each other.
