Summary

Automated factory that can produce Superior Fertilizer.

Notes (May 2023)

• This was built for a previous version of FU, where Quantum Reactor was much weaker (that's why there are so many reactors).
• After this screenshot was taken, this Gas Giant planet was additionally terraformed into an Ice Waste planet, so that the Atmospheric Condenser would start producing Iodine and Methanol (they were a huge bottleneck).
• There are many alternate ways to produce Superior Fertilizer.

  For example, this factory directly crafts Methyl Iodide (a component of Superior Fertilizer), but you can instead obtain Methyl Iodide from Elder Soil (mixable on an Atropus Sea planet).

  You can also try producing Pesticide (also very difficult to produce, but uses different components), which is extracted into Superior Fertilizer.

  You can also use bees (they are great at producing some of the needed materials).

• Wiring near the trays can be made cleaner if you place Repeaters on the same horizontal level as each row of trays.

How this works

• Methanol is produced by Water Generators.
• Iodine is produced by sifting Loose Silt, which is produced by sifting Rainbow Sand, which is produced from infinitely mixable liquids (Water + Liquid Irradium).
• Phosphorus and Alien Compound are extracted from Garp Berry (in some of the trays).
• Nitrogen is extracted from Algae (in some of the trays).
• Magnesium Sulfate is extracted from Ice Crystal, which is centrifuged out of Liquid Nitrogen, which is extracted from Nitrogen.
