Improved Colonies (Craftsmanship tree).
Improved Colonies (Craftsmanship tree).Colony Deed Rent Collector causes all nearby tenants to drop their rent to the ground when the player approaches this device. This only affects regular tenants (summoned by vanilla Colony Deed), not the tenants who pay rent to Colony Core.
Items will remain on the ground. You can use a Grabber to store them automatically.
