Bot Pod is an analogue of filled Capture Pod for robots that you crafted/bought yourself (such as Ore Drone I).
You can't heal the robots at Pet Healing Station, but you can heal them at Bot Healing Station or Mutari Healing Station.
Note that some wild robot-like enemies can be captured with a regular Capture Pod.
