Fd:Rocket Launcher
Rocket Launcher is a two-handed procedurally generated ranged weapon model.
It can be common, uncommon, and rare. Common Rocket Launchers will shoot explosive rockets, while uncommon and rare ones will shoot elemental rockets.
Note: though Rocket Launchers are part of vanilla Starbound, their characteristics are modified significantly by Frackin' Universe. For the unmodified characteristics, consult the official Starbound wiki, Starbounder (http://starbounder.org/).
Base Statistics
- Base DPS: 9.0-10.0 health/s (Common), 9.5-10.5 health/s (Uncommon/Rare)
- Fire Time: 2.0-4.0 seconds between shots (~0.3-0.5 shots/s)
- Energy Usage: 36.0-40.0 energy/s (Common), 38.0-42.0 energy/s (Uncommon/Rare)
- Knockback: 40 (very strong knockback)
- Crit Chance: 5%
- Base Crit Damage Bonus: +5 damage (Common), +6 damage (Uncommon), +7 damage (Rare)
Elemental Damage
Uncommon and rare Rocket Launchers are assigned one of seven elements (non-physical damage types) on generation. Both uncommon and rare variants will inflict status effects with special attacks. For all elements, only rare Rocket Launchers will inflict the appropriate elemental status effect with the primary attack.
- Fire: Inflicts Burning
- Ice: Inflicts Frost
- Poison: Inflicts Poisoned
- Electric: Inflicts Electrified
- Radiation: Inflicts Radiation Burn
- Shadow: Inflicts Shadow Gas
- Cosmic: Inflicts -Armor debuff
