Rapier is a one-handed procedurally generated melee weapon model. It can be common, uncommon, and rare.

Base Statistics

  • Base DPS: 5.0-5.5 health/s
  • Fire Time: 0.4-0.7 seconds between 1x-damage attacks (~1.4-2.5 1x-damage attacks/s)
  • Combo Progression:
    • First Strike: 1.0x damage, 10 default knockback
    • Second Strike: 0.6x damage, 8 default knockback
    • Third Strike: 0.8x damage, 9 default knockback
    • Fourth Strike: 0.7x damage, 8 default knockback
    • Fifth Strike: 0.4x damage, 9 default knockback
    • Sixth Strike: 1.2x damage, 12 default knockback
  • Crit Chance: 1% (Common), 2% (Uncommon), 3% (Rare)
  • Base Crit Damage Bonus: +2 damage (Common), +3 damage (Uncommon), +4 damage (Rare)

Elemental Damage

Uncommon and rare Rapiers are assigned one of seven elements (non-physical damage types) on generation. Neither uncommon nor rare Rapiers inflict elemental status effects.

  • Fire: Inflicts Burning
  • Ice: Inflicts Frost
  • Poison: Inflicts Poisoned
  • Electric: Inflicts Electrified
  • Radiation: Inflicts Radiation Burn
  • Shadow: Inflicts Shadow Gas
  • Cosmic: Inflicts -Armor debuff

Special Attacks

Rapiers, like most one-handed weapon types, cannot generate with any special attacks.
